Evaluation Service
We offer a no-charge service to help customers evaluate their current
tank cleaning operations to determine if there’s room for improvement.
Here’s how it works:
Where: Your location
Cost: None
Evaluation Length: Dependent on the
number of tank cleaning operations but most evaluations take about one
hour
Evaluation Services: Visual observation of manual tank cleaning
procedures. If tank wash nozzles are being used, we will inspect the
nozzles and evaluate the nozzle type, placement and position. Flow rates,
operating pressures, cleaning solutions and residue will be documented
Results: Shortly after the evaluation, we will provide a written report
that includes:
- Summary of all tank cleaning operations
- Recommendations
for operational changes
- Estimated savings – water, chemical, wastewater,
electricity and anticipated increases in production
- If applicable,
quotations on new equipment and payback estimates
